If an airline approves a refund, the amount is processed by the airline directly to the original payment method, subject to their internal procedures.
If a customer is charged more than once for the same service due to a technical or billing error, the duplicate amount will be reviewed and refunded after verification.
Any billing-related concern must be reported within 7 days of the transaction date.
